On the 14th and 15th of November, the London Excel opened it’s doors to The Business Show, the UK’s largest business exhibition. Our very own Mistry Man (Raj Mistry, Company Director,) travelled to London to represent SMS Campaign and enjoy the show.
We’ve visited the show a few times, so knew what to expect from the two-day event. And although it had a surprisingly quiet start, things got busier in the afternoon. It was also good to see the show making the most of SMS marketing!
Let’s get down to business
We had a stand on ‘Your Business Community’ street, and swiftly set to work setting up our stand, including our brand-new banners. (You might have seen them on our socials media!)
It turns out the new banners were a big hit! Over the two days, plenty of people stopped to chat with us and said the bright colours and impact they had were very attractive. Again, it’s great to see our supervillains and new branding getting such a positive response.
The banners weren’t all people were interested in. We took part in a number of constructive conversations with people about their own businesses, and a bit about how we could help them or each other.
Naturally, this meant we spoke about our affiliate partner programme. Many focused on the benefits of the service that they could use or offer to their own clients, and the passive income is a bonus. (If you’d like to hear more about our partner programme, call our evil lair.)
We talked the talk. And talked some more!
But it wasn’t all business. We were lucky enough to chat to silver-screen regular Paul Bohill. (Of “Can’t Pay? We’ll Take It Away” fame.) Thankfully, he wasn’t after our supervillains!
Overall, we had a great time at the exhibition and achieved our aim of having meaningful conversations with other businesses. We love using events like this to talk to others to better understand how other businesses work, and along the way, maybe discover new partnerships.

The Mistry Man escaped the law this time!
If you saw us at the show, feel free to message us any photos or feedback! We would love to hear from you.
